The approach in this project was to create a 2 bedroom residence for the clients who needed a different functionality for their lifestyle. This original 4 bedroom home was stripped to its bones and an open concept first floor and basement was put in place. Second floor has been transformed by creating a sizeable master bedroom with its own lounge area, substantial walk-in closet and ensuite plus a great sun filled home office which can also function as a guest bedroom with own bathroom. The façade of the home has been updated by creating large windows and patio doors on both the front side and backyard making this home a fully sun filled space.
