Built on two typical side by side Davisville lots of each 25×125 ft these 2 transitional homes were one of their largest kind built in the area with an integrated garage. The natural slope of the land allowed for creation of a fully walkout basement making them truly 3 storey homes with over 3100 sqft of living space each in the heart of Midtown. Originally 2 side by semi-detached homes owned by 2 different clients they have decided to build 2 new detached homes. The newly built detached residences were designed and built to have the same look in a nod to the old semi-detached heritage of the lots.
