This Rosedale project of ours is one to remember. Situated on a 200 ft deep lot the first item on the client’s wish list was connectivity of inside and outside. The client who is also one of the most creative interior designers in the City also wanted a minimalistic look and a house to surprise as they have put it. With clean lines throughout this single family dwelling has been a show stopper in the neighbourhood. Every corner you turn your head to there is a surprise waiting for you. The brick wall was put in intentionally as a nod to Brickworks nearby and brings such charm and warmth to the whole space. The indoor-outdoor connection is created by an oversized patio door naturally bringing the outside in. The fully manicured backyard enjoys a beautiful swimming pool and cabana for entertainment and with all the other amenities a modern day family requires all packed at this home inside and out it is truly a home for life.
